My room still had previous people’s clothes and there was garbage on the floor. The front desk clerk ( Andrew ? ) was about the rudest condescending person ever. I felt like I was in court. He definitely made check in very difficult .. not even close to friendly or professional. Lots of homeless people around outside fighting. Rooms are old and need a lift. The windows don’t open so it was a night of air freshener and febreese. Almost zero water pressure in the bathroom sink. I would like to say the older staff guy checking me out the next morning was great. Very nice dude. That’s how it should be .. Andrew take a note.

Definitely my new "go to" hotel. The staff was very welcoming and friendly toward my wife and I. The room was nice and cozy. We had a pleasant stay. We found a used lime on the floor but it's an honest mistake from the cleaning crew. Easily forgiven. There was men talking for hours outside our door but it wasn't a big deal since they all left during sleep hours. Anyways, we shall definitely return!! Thanks!

The room was great and the king bed was even better. The front desk and staff were very nice and professional. Oh yes the breakfast was very good also. We will be back !

Professional service with a smile, recognized as a Choice member, fine internet, perfect location for going to Everglades. The hotel is clean and has good beds. Nothing fancy, but it was just fine. You get more value here than closer to the airport.

Facility is very clean and well maintained. Rooms are comfortable, well-appointed and layout is very practical. Staff is professional and personable. And rates are a fraction of what you typically pay for a hotel in Miami. Proximity to Turnpike makes it easy to get anywhere fast especially airport.
